Domestic Shipping

All packages ship from Albury, on the NSW/VIC border, Australia. All orders will ship in 3 - 5 business days through Australia Post. Parcel boxes will be used to ship smaller items to ensure their safe delivery.

International Shipping

At this stage there is no international shipping available except to New Zealand. I plan to add other countries soon.

Prints

Prints up to A4 size will be sent in a rigid document mailer to ensure that they do not bend in transit. Prints larger than A4 size will be rolled in a tube and sent with instructions as to how to flatten the print carefully.

Returns

All sales are final unless goods were damaged in transit. However, if you are unhappy with the product that has reached your door, please contact us within 5 days and we will do our best to accommodate you. If your purchase was damaged during the delivery process please email photographs of the damage to hello@bluevintage.com.au within 3 days of delivery.

Disclaimer

Cyanotypes vary in shade of blue naturally. Depending on the exact amount of chemicals on the paper, length of drying time of chemicals, length of exposure to UV light, and washout, original works vary one from the next - and so does the scanned work from which we make prints. We try to make the color on screen (brightness all the way up) as close as possible to the piece that we mail to you.

Please also remember that while items in our store have been lovingly handmade with care, there will be imperfections and handmade characteristics.
